The Supreme Court replaced the Public Use Clause with a Public Purpose Clause…

The Kelo v. City of New London – The Supreme Court decision in June, 2005, destroys the public use
clause of the Fifth Amendment. The Town of Falmouth can, and is, essentially take anyone’s private property by regulatory eminent domain for anything that serves a public purpose.
It no longer has to be a public use as stated in the Fifth Amendment. If you get out of line, or have property that government or their cronies want, eminent domain can now be
used to take it from you. Worse, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas believes they can do it without any just compensation. The citizens of the Town of Falmouth must act to
preserve their long-held civil rights. This site will provide the needed information to help you do that.
